They installed my initial system 5 years ago so therefore were at the top of the list for the expansion of my solar and battery installation. They were helpful and informative at all stages. Expert Energy Tasmania are the most professional company I have across in ages. The whole process was stress free. Attention to detail and great to deal with. Max visited the property and gave a well reasoned quote. Dan installed and fine tuned the split array which has proven to be very productive. Dan and his team worked quietly and efficiently. Prior to having systems installed on two properties considerable time was spent researching options and providers.
In the end Expert Energy was chosen for many reasons including but not limited to the fact that they were a local small to medium Tasmanian business employing local tradesmen and admin staff.
They managed the whole process from quoting, site inspections and installation.
The install was completed on both properties as scheduled and within the allocated time frames.
All components from the panels, inverter and batteries are high quality.
The on-site installers were extremely helpful, professional and left the properties in a very clean and tidy condition with the actual install completed to an exceptionally high standard.
All interactions from the initial meeting with Scott, the admin staff, Katelyn and Tabytha, the install crew and Cameron (IT) have been easy with nothing being a problem.
The systems are operating faultlessly with the app making monitoring simple.

Expert Energy installed 30 new panels on an extremely difficult roof of various levels. Two batteries and inverters.  The installers and electricians were brilliant, going above and beyond our expectations (thank you Tasman and Fraser). Sales and administration teams were very professional with ongoing support for software queries for new users. The system is working really well. Very happy with the whole team.
